Dr. Eisen was recently asked to sit on the Board of Directors for this nonprofit organization which has been founded to build and equip rural high tech medical clinics in Ghana, Africa to bring modern medicine to the outlying and rural areas in this needy and accepting country.

ALTERNATIVES FOR AFRICA
Dr. Eisen has begun an initiative by donating her excellent condition x-ray machine from the once to a small needy clinic outside of Accra, Ghana where villagers can now have improved medical care. She has begun to develop a database of other chiropractors in the NY / NJ region who would also like to donate their outdated medical equipment to Africa as well as Haiti.

Dr. Susan Eisen traveled to Washington DC to accept this prestigious award. She had been nominated and selected as a Physician of the Year (2004) for NJ. Dr. Eisen was interviewed by the press at this event and was honored to receive this award. Dr. Eisen met with key US Congressmen to discuss healthcare in the USA. She will be a voice to Chiropractic and Alternative Disciplines.

This conference was attended by some of the nation’s leading medical doctors, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and homeopaths across the USA and abroad who are interested in delivering “Healthy Care” not “Sick Care” to their patients. She learned the latest information to disseminate to her patients.

Dr. Susan Eisen has worked backstage at numerous fashion shows to help relax the models and designers during the pre-show frenzy that occurs before the shows during NY Fashion Week. She has worked on shows features ad 7th on Sixth at Bryant Park. She routinely donates specially blended aromatherapy oils as part of the goody bad for attendees.
